Move Management

Whether moving up or downsizing, we eliminate the stress from one of life’s most difficult transitions. We’re a one-stop shop for our clients with pre-move, move day and post-move organization.

Pre-Move:

• Work to edit existing items, facilitate donations and large items removal and prepare home for staging.

• Extensive network of insured and established vendors (i.e. cleaners, painters, floor repair companies and electricians.)

• Coordinate with moving companies, and any additional vendors, (i.e. audio visual and utilities.)

Move Day

• Oversee all aspects of moving day to ensure a smooth process.

• Supervise vendors and movers, including packing, unpacking and verifying any storage inventory.

• Create inventory analysis

• Manage items going to multiple locations, including storage facilities

• Special packing and crating (i.e. art, electronics, etc.)

Post Move:

• Create/redesign closets and storage areas in new home to maximize efficiency.

• Provide space planning and furniture arrangement recommendations.

• Oversee vendors, deliveries and set up.

• Unpack all of the inventory in your new home and implement an organizational system for a seamless transition!
